There once were two little boys that loved to play. Their names were Kuper and Logan, Kuper was six and Logan was seven. Even though Kuper was younger he was taller too. They both had short blond hair, and they loved to play. In fact they played every day, all day.
They always wondered about an old house in their neighborhood that nobody lived in. They also always wondered who would move into it. Then one day an old couple moved into that house. The boys were hoping for a kid their age but they were a little older! The two boys went up to their house and rang the doorbell… Nothing happened… the boys just assumed that they were not there so they went to play. While they were playing a ball rolled into the old couple’s yard so Kuper went to get it. When he got it he looked up to see a man angrily glaring at Kuper through the blinds, so Kuper grabbed the ball and ran! Kuper secretly told Logan “That was freaky”!
The next day Kuper and Logan were having a Nerf gunfight and of course bullets were flying all over the place and then they had to pick all of them up. Unfortunately it was Logan’s turn to get all of the bullets in the old people’s yard. He was going to run through and pick them all up as fast as he could to not get glared at, but there is no beating The Glare. Now they both have experienced The Glare. ”Kuper, remember what you said yesterday well, you were right!” said Logan.
Later that day the couple came out to tell Logan’s dad they did not want any one in their yard. He shouted “I don’t want any little rascals in my yard ehrr”! That’s when they put up the “beware of dog” signs in their yard and the boys knew they did not even have any dogs. The old couple should have been nicer, because that’s when it all began.
The boys did every thing to annoy the old couple and every thing they did worked. The boys climbed on their rove, they ran though their yard, they climbed their trees, they drove RC cars through their yard, they played in their driveway, they flew kites over their house, but the thing that made them most angry was when they let Mac (Kuper’s dog) run through their yard. Some times the lady came out with a broomstick to chase Mac but she could not even come close to touching him. They were done they called the cops!
The boys gave them donuts when they came. The cops said thank you and started to talk to the old couple. The old couple told them their side of the story, and the boys told their side, but the cops just laughed and went back to doing their job.
The boys won that one and partied all night. To bad school started the next day, but that’s another story.
